My five-year-old can actually get this backpack open and closed on his own, which is a huge win for kindergarten mornings. The padded tablet sleeve is perfect for his school iPad, and the front pocket swallows all his art projects without bulging.

My 5-year-old can reach the front pocket zipper without help, which is a win for both of us. The adjustable straps are easy to cinch down tight enough for her small frame.
