The firmer structure is a huge upgrade—the bag keeps its shape even when packed full. My son's lunch is still chilled after four hours in his backpack, and the lining wipes clean from spills in seconds.

My daughter's sandwiches stay perfectly cold until lunchtime, even on warm days. The insulation really works, and I love that the lining doesn't get stained after packing juice boxes.

The firmer structure is a big upgrade—it holds its shape in my daughter’s backpack instead of collapsing like her old one. The lining feels genuinely premium, and the triple insulation kept her yogurt cold through a full school day. Very happy with this purchase.
