The contoured shape makes it really comfortable to hold even with wet hands after a workout. I've been using it daily and the spout flips open smoothly for quick hydration during sets. No leaks so far, which is a relief for my gym bag.

The handle loop is convenient for carrying, but I wish the lid seal was a bit tighter to fully trust it in a bag. The spout works fine for drinking, though the overall feel is just okay for the price.

The twist-on lid is nice and secure, but the handle loop feels a bit flimsy for carrying with a full shaker. It gets the job done for mixing protein, though the contoured shape isn't as comfortable as I'd hoped.
