The interior pockets actually fit my phone and cards without everything sliding around, and the two big outer pockets are perfect for grabbing my keys on the go. I've been using it daily for a week and the zippered closure makes me feel way more secure than my last open-top bag.

The crossbody strap detaches easily, which I love because I can swap between hands-free and carrying it by the handles depending on my day. It holds my phone, cards, and keys in those dedicated pockets without everything turning into a black hole, and the zippered top keeps it all secure on crowded

The three interior pockets are perfect for my phone and cards, and the zippered one keeps my keys from scratching everything. Handles are comfortable to grip even when the bag is loaded, and the zippered top gives me peace of mind on crowded commutes.
