I take mine hiking and the leakproof lid has never once dripped in my bag, even tossed sideways. Being able to switch from the straw to the chug top depending on my mood is a small thing that I use way more than I expected.

Swapped the straw piece out for the chug lid on a road trip and didn't get a single drip in my bag, which honestly surprised me. The lid parts click in tight and rinse clean without any weird crevices holding onto old smoothie smell.

Swapping the sipping piece inside the lid takes a bit of fiddling at first, but once it's set I can go from straw to chug without any leaks in my bag. Keeps my cold brew cold through a long morning too.
