The double-wall insulation actually keeps my pre-workout cold all morning, which is a game-changer. The twist-on lid feels sturdy and the spout pops open easily even with one hand. Exactly what I needed for the gym.

The double-wall insulation keeps my water cold for hours, which is nice. The leakproof lid works well, though the pop-up spout feels a bit stiff at first. Overall, it's a solid shaker but nothing special.
