Twist-on lid with the loop handle makes it easy to carry to the gym, and the spout pops open smoothly for quick sips. It doesn’t leak at all in my bag, which is a huge relief.

The contoured shape fits my hand perfectly, so I can shake up my drink one-handed without worrying about spills. The pop-open spout is super convenient when I’m mid-workout, and the handle loop makes it easy to hook onto my gym bag.

The twist-on lid really does keep everything sealed in my gym bag, which is a huge relief. The handle loop is convenient for carrying, though I wish the spout had a bit more snap when opening. Gets the job done well.
