I was skeptical about the twist-free straps gimmick, but after hauling this thing through two airports and a crowded train station, my shoulders actually feel fine. The waterproof material wiped clean with a napkin after I set it down in a puddle, too.

The removable pocket is a lifesaver—I just unzip it and carry my phone and keys to my desk without digging through the whole bag. Also spilled coffee on the outside this morning and wiped it right off, no stain. This thing’s built to survive my commute.

The straps are honestly my favorite part—they don’t twist or dig in even when I’ve got it loaded heavy for a weekend trip. The waterproof fabric wiped clean after a coffee spill in two seconds, and my keys stayed put in the removable pocket all day.
