I’ve spilled coffee all over this bag twice already and the waterproof material just wiped clean with zero stains, which is a huge relief. The twist-free straps sit perfectly on my shoulders even when the pack is stuffed full. Took it on a weekend trip and the removable pocket kept my phone and keys

The removable pocket is honestly the best part—I just unzip it and take my keys and phone to the gym without lugging the whole bag. Straps sit flat on my shoulders even after a full day of walking around the city.

The waterproof fabric is a lifesaver—I've dragged this through rain and muddy parking lots and it wipes clean in seconds. The twist-free straps actually stay put on my shoulders, which makes a huge difference when I'm hauling it full of groceries.
