Cold drinks stayed ice-cold through a full afternoon at the park, which impressed me more than expected for a kids' bottle. The straw lid is easy for my six-year-old to open by herself, though I wish the nozzle came with a protective cover for the car cup holder.

The insulated stainless steel body really does keep water cold for a few hours, which is nice for school lunches. But the straw lid, while it claims to be leak-proof, has actually dribbled a bit in my kid's backpack when it's tossed around, so I'm a little cautious. It works fine for the most part,
