Was a bit skeptical about the straw lid being truly leak-proof, but I tossed it sideways in my gym bag and not a single drop came out. The vacuum insulation really works too—my water stayed cold through a whole afternoon in the sun.

Took this on a hot hike and the water was still icy after four hours—the double-walled insulation really does its job. The straw lid clicks shut firmly, so I tossed it in my bag without a single leak.

The straw lid sealing tight is what sold me, and it hasn't leaked once in my bag since I got it. The vacuum insulation does keep things cold for hours, though I do wish the nozzle had a bit more give when sipping.
