The twist-on lid locks tight enough that I’ve thrown it in my gym bag sideways without a single drip, and the handle loop makes it easy to hook onto a carabiner. The spout flips open mid-workout, which is handy when my hands are sweaty and I’m rushing between sets.

The contoured grip makes it feel secure even with one hand, which I appreciate during workouts. The pop-open spout is quick to use mid-session, and I haven’t had any leaks in my bag so far.

The twist-on lid with the handle loop is perfect for carrying to the gym, and the contoured shape makes it super comfortable to grip with one hand. The spout opens easily for drinking without any leaks, which is exactly what I needed.
