I was pleasantly surprised by the firmer structure—it holds its shape even when packed full, making it easy to grab and go. The superior lining feels much more durable than my old bag, and cleaning up spills is effortless.

After trying several flimsy lunch bags, the firmer structure on this one keeps my sandwiches from getting squashed, and the insulation held everything cold for a full 8-hour shift.

The triple insulation genuinely works — I packed a cold pasta salad at 7am and it was still chilled at lunch. The firmer structure means it doesn't collapse in my backpack either, which was my main gripe with my old bag.
