The firmer structure is exactly what I needed—my sandwich doesn't get crushed on the morning commute anymore. The triple insulation kept my salad cold through a full eight-hour shift, which honestly surprised me.

I was worried about my yogurt staying cold until lunch, but the triple insulation really delivers—everything was still chilled after four hours. The improved lining also wipes clean easily, which is a nice bonus for a bag I use daily.

The firmer structure makes it stand up nicely in my work bag, and the superior lining wiped clean easily after a small juice spill. My sandwich and apple were still crisp at lunchtime after being packed since 6:30 AM.
